Moseley Bog
Moseley Bog access improvement works for Birmingham & Black Country Wildlife Trust.
Works to improve access were recently carried out by Elc funded through a Heritage Lottery Grant.
Sot's Hole Nature reserve Sandwell
Elc constructed new access paths using recycled aggregates and round timber felled on site to act as revetments for pathways. The project was led by the Friends of Sot's Hole who secured grant aid funding,and was project managed by "Groundwork Blackcountry"
Cofton Lake Boardwalk
A boardwalk constructed from timber and galvanised flowforge walkway system which completes a circular route around the lake marsh area.
Arley Boardwalk
This boardwalk across a natural spring was commissioned in 2009 and installed on the Worcestershire Way at Arley.
It comprises of a design that we submitted to the County Council The fabric combines steel and recycled plastic, the latter being used in the ground for longevity and it needed to be robust enough to prevent grazing cattle from damaging the boardwalk.
